Q: Which video call platform do you use?

A: I use Microsoft Teams, but Apple Facetime is also available.

Q: What happens after I book an appointment?

A: You will receive a confirmation email and I ask that you email your portfolio as a pdf or compressed archive of jpg and/or png files.

Q: Can I be accompanied by a parent, guardian, translator or note-taker during my consultation?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made 12 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will receive a 50% refund.
